We prepare exercises, worked examples, and a starter prompt library using your industry, your job titles, and your actual workflows — not generic demos.
Full day at your Newcastle or Hunter Region premises. Every participant leaves with a documented prompt library and 3–5 workflows ready to use that week.
We train on the tools that fit your team's existing licences and workflows — or help you choose the right one.

Every department has repetitive writing, analysis, and decision-making tasks that AI handles faster. The training is built around each team's actual work.

Each training session is custom-built. The core modules are consistent — the examples, workflows, and prompt library are built around your business.
AI fundamentals
How large language models work, what they're good at, and where they fall short.
Prompt techniques
Structured prompting, role-framing, and iterative refinement. Practical, not academic.
Safe usage and AI governance
What data to share, what to keep private, and how to stay compliant.
Department-specific workflows
Hands-on exercises built from your team's actual tasks. Everyone builds prompts they use that week.
Personal prompt library
Every participant leaves with a documented set of prompts ready for their role.
Measured in time saved, not confidence scores.
The ROI case is straightforward. If 12 staff each save 30 minutes a day, that's 30 hours recovered every week. At $40/hour loaded labour cost, that's $1,200 per week in recovered capacity. The workshop pays for itself in just over 5 weeks — and the workflows keep compounding.
Daily AI usage
Not experimenting occasionally. Using AI as part of normal workflow, every working day.
A prompt library for their role
Usable from day one. Built around their actual tasks and the language of their department.
Governance clarity
Exactly what data is safe to use, what isn't, and how to stay compliant with company policy.
Measurable time savings
Specific workflows that are faster immediately. Targets your managers can track and verify.
The training is built for non-technical staff. No coding, no configuration — just learning to use tools through a browser, the same way they'd use Google. The sessions are practical, not academic. If your team can write an email, they can use AI.
Data governance is a core module in every session. We cover exactly what is and isn't safe to share with AI tools, how to configure privacy settings, and how to build prompts that get results without exposing sensitive information. Your team will leave knowing the rules — not guessing.
You don't have to. The workshop is for one team or department at a time — up to 12 people. The rest of the business keeps running. For larger organisations, we train one team per session across multiple days, which is usually the better outcome anyway — each department gets content built for their actual work.
The core skills — prompting, structuring instructions, iterating on output — apply to every AI tool and every version. The tools change frequently; the principles don't. The prompt library your team builds in the session works today and will work in 12 months, regardless of tool updates.
No. We build the worked examples, exercises, and prompt library around your industry, your job roles, and your actual workflows before the session. A purchasing team at a wholesale distributor gets different content to an admin team at a professional services firm. If it isn't relevant to your team's real work, we don't include it.
Tell us your team size, department, and tool preference. We'll put together a session plan.
